Seniors Victoria Arthus and Matthew Southard were recently named Commended Students by the 2019 National Merit Scholarship Program, in recognition of their outstanding results in the 2017 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test. Arthus and Southard both finished among the top 50,000 scorers out of more than 1.6 million students nationwide participating in the annual competition.
